What this service provides

losingmyjobto.ai offers a free AI career risk assessment quiz and an optional paid Advanced Assessment. The quiz analyzes your self-reported job tasks against published occupation data to produce an estimated risk score and career profile.

The results produced by this quiz are estimates based on published research and statistical models. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional career advice.

AI's impact on specific roles is evolving rapidly. Your actual career trajectory depends on factors no model can fully capture — your employer's strategy, local labor markets, regulatory changes, your own decisions, and developments in AI that have not yet occurred.

Do not make major career decisions (quitting a job, changing fields, making financial commitments) based solely on results from this quiz. Consult a qualified career counselor or professional advisor for decisions of that nature.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, losingmyjobto.ai and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the service
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $29, whichever is less.

Accuracy of results

Scores are derived from publicly available data sources including O*NET (U.S. Department of Labor), Pew Research Center studies, and the Anthropic Economic Index. We make reasonable efforts to keep our scoring model current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result.

Payments and refunds

The Advanced Assessment is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. If you are unsatisfied with your Advanced Assessment, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@losingmyjobto.ai for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on this site are the property of losingmyjobto.ai. Your quiz results are yours — you may share them freely. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our quiz content, scoring methodology, or article content without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to take the quiz at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
• Submit false information to manipulate results
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
